Best for:

    • Cream and lotion-based sunscreens
    • Most chemical sunscreens
    • Many mineral (zinc-based) sunscreens

Not Suitable for:

    • Liquid spray sunscreens
    • Very runny formulations
    • Very thick sun butter

Note: This is a growing list based on Solmates' testing of SPF 30+ sunscreens available in larger bottles. Individual results may vary.

Tips for Best Results:

  1. Keep your Solmate and sunscreen cool (heat can make sunscreens too runny)
  2. For thicker zinc sunscreens: Store upside down
  • Keep the applicator well-filled.
  • Turn upside down before use
